Ms. Wilkins Intro to Guitar class had a special visitor yesterday. 2014 Bold Graduate Coleman van der Hagen is up from Nashville. He was able to talk with the kids about guitars and show them some tips as well as answer questions about being on tour with Chris Stapleton. Coleman is currently the monitor technician for Chris.




Mrs. Penny Christy's Culinary/ProStart Baking class was granted by the King Arthur Baking Company to participate in the Baked for Good project. The students learned how to make yeast bread. King Arthur Baking company provided all the supplies to make the bread for the Baked for Good project in which the students made two loaves of bread. One loaf to keep and the other to donate. The students donated their bread to the Renville County Food Shelf.

Due to the weather, BOLD will be running two hours late today, December 19.

Mrs. Penny Christy's classes worked together with the Thrivent Action team on making fleece blankets for the Blankets for Kids which were donated to the Santa's Closet. This is the fifth year students have helped with the Blankets for Kids project.

Winter Update: Renovations at Bird Island and Olivia are progressing well, with the BIGym floor and pool exterior nearing completion. Permits have been submitted, and work is on track to start in June 2025, possibly even earlier! Visit BOLD.K12.MN.US or BOLD.ReferendumFacts.org to follow the construction progress at both sites.

Ms. Wilkins and the Bold Pop Singers visited Parkview Bethesda today to sing some Christmas Carols for the residents!





We have scheduled our upcoming Family Time days for our elementary students! These events will all take place in the Olivia large gym at 2:00 pm!
Second Quarter - Friday, January 17th
Third Quarter - Friday, March 21st
