Subject: Annual notification of Technology Providers utilized in your child’s school
9/10/2025
BOLD Schools ISD 2534 uses a variety of digital resources and tools to support student learning. For reference purposes, we refer to these resources and tools as “Technology Providers,” as they are defined in Minnesota statute. Our district takes great pride in ensuring that student information and academic data is protected to the highest of standards.
As a part of our ongoing process to inform you of the safety and privacy of the data that is held by technology providers utilized by our district, we have made a listing of the Technology Providers utilized within the school district available for your review. Included in this listing you will find the data elements that the resource stores and utilizes.
Please visit our School District Technology Provider Inventory to access the current listing of Technology Providers that we utilize.
Please reach out to Gerry Ramirez by Email (gerry.ramirez@bold.k12.mn.us) or phone (320-523-1031) for additional questions regarding specific digital tools used in classrooms.
Sincerely,
Tim Tydlacka

With sick season knocking on October's door, we are looking for donations of "foam" hand sanitizer for our elementary classrooms. We did not put this on the supply list, because we thought we were going to have the wall dispensers replaced; however, that was not the case, so please send us what you can to help keep our students safe and healthy.
We strongly prefer "foam" sanitizer in the elementary, because it is less messy than the gel form.
Thank you!
The issue was that the sprinkler company was refilling the system, causing the flow sensor to go off, which triggered the alarm.
We are proud of our students for conducting themselves safely and efficiently during this unexpected evacuation. We are especially proud of the 4th graders for remembering where they sat during lunch, so they could finish their lunches upon re-entering the building.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about this situation today.
BOLD Families, Students, and Staff,
We want to let you know about a change in the route students will take from the main part of the building to the North side.
Starting Thursday, September 11, 2025:
We are adjusting the route from the main part of the buiidng to the North side. While students will still be outside briefly, this new route will greatly reduce the amount of time they spend outdoors.
Why this change? Safety!
Outside safety: Students will be away from construction crews and dump trucks.
Inside safety: This new route helps us maintain a more secure building.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep students safe during construction.
